Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential customers to establish strong and lasting relationships, maintaining friendly and professional interactions throughout the full cycle sales process
- Assist customers with processing new service orders and increasing sales for Verizon’s wireless products
- Identify up-selling opportunities within existing accounts, aligning efforts with company goals and client promotions
- Work closely with internal sales and compliance teams to ensure seamless transactions and effectively close sales
- Assist in the development and execution of innovative sales strategies and plans that align with client objectives
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the team's overall success
- Stay informed about the latest marketing and sales trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Qualifications of a Customer Support Associate:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or associated roles
- Leadership Experience- experience in leading teams, projects, student organizations, clubs, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset
