Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train, schedule, and supervise deli employees to maintain proper staffing.
- Plan daily production, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare and display hot and cold deli foods, seasonal trays, and specialty items.
- Operate deli equipment (slicers, scales, cash register) safely and accurately.
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and temperature checks per regulations.
- Resolve customer issues and promote deli products through sampling and upselling.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and reporting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including grooming and uniform standards.
- Analyze sales reports and make quality decisions to meet department goals
