Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables promptly and resetting for new guests
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages accurately and promptly
- Support the front-of-house team with setting up reservations and managing guest flow during busy hours
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering reservation inquiries or guest questions
- Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing needs courteously and proactively
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Host or Busser in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies
- Hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with serving protocols
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor that reflects our welcoming atmosphere
