Our Restaurant Manager Positions translates our PURPOSE into PRACTICE and is responsible for managing the execution of our brand throughout the restaurant to achieve objectives across human resources, profit generation, and in-store efficiencies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- High school diploma, some post high school education a plus.
- At least one year previous leadership experience in some capacity.
- Prior experience in the food service business managing a staff of at least 30 employees.
- Serve Safe Certification a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Passion, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Responsibilities:
- Labor and Break management
- Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, procedures including OSHA, Dept of Heath, Fire Department, etc.
- Crew assignment, training, development, scheduling, and motivation of the team during
- Customer relationship management
