Your job is to set the sales team and broker network up for success within the scope of your role. This may be a remote position with minimal travel required.

The Brand Sales Planner reports directly to the Director of Brand Sales. They support the entire Brand Sales team by owning the responsibility areas listed below. To achieve their objectives, they will work closely with internal partners in Marketing, Finance, and Online Orders (Samples). They will also interact with our Broker partners to provide selling materials and track promotional spending and deductions.
Responsibilities
- Own effective and efficient management of trade promotions within NetSuite (iTPM). Act as initial point of contact for Accounting and Customer Service for issues related to deductions, payment or processing. Work with Sales to input all trade expenditures for future tracking.
- Accurately fill out necessary paperwork, such as new item set up forms, new customer set up forms, and trade promotion paperwork within set deadlines.
- Coordinate industry, customer and trade shows, from registration to sample and material management.
- Act as primary point of contact for tactical information, including maintenance of internal and external SharePoint sites.
- Create, standardize, review, and communicate necessary information between sales and broker teams.
- Proactively work with broker and sales teams to ensure all necessary information is available to present new and existing items to customers.
- Gather wholesale reporting, review monthly and quarterly broker commission and customer rebate reports, ensuring accuracy and working with accounting and leadership to rectify any discrepancies.
- Maintain Sales One Drive, archiving old files, ensuring most recent and relevant are available to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage workflow improvements to improve efficiency.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Ability to work remotely
- Previous project management and sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus
