The Maintenance Production Support team executes critical activities that help maintain the flow of operations. This role executes changeover activities, maintains process buildup, and performs basic maintenance activities that support both the production and maintenance team members.
This role is responsible for supporting all production and maintenance activities within the plant. This includes supporting other departments as required for operational and maintenance related activities that fall within the skill set of this role.

- Perform preventative maintenance activities.
- Perform activities in support of operational startups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
- Support, to include repair, of equipment breakdowns.
- Provide material movement support for maintenance and operations.
- Perform equipment and facility safety checks throughout the plant.
- Service production utilities, end-of-use tooling e.g., hot hoses, air hoses, hose reels
- Assist Production and support as required to maintain a constant and effective flow of operations.
- Perform general maintenance on various pieces of equipment to support operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment with consideration of all those who may be working in the same area.
- Document on paper and electronically production and maintenance activities.
- Perform sanitary activities.
- Follow company safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
- Regular and timely attendance.
- Must have basic math skills (with use of a calculator).
- Must be able to read and interpret weight scale readings and tape measures.
- Must display mechanical aptitude and understanding motion components.
- Must be able to properly use tools in service of equipment.
- Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds on occasion.
- Must be able to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift with applicable breaks.
- Must have a High School Diploma or a G.E.D.
