Description:
- Independent file research.
- Responding to client and court escalations.
- Researching case status and employing non-legal decision-making skills
- Working together with and supporting the Attorneys of the Firm in multiple states.
- Managing and updating internal and external databases
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in an operations support role or in a similar position.
- Real Estate, Foreclosure or Bankruptcy related experience preferred.
- Registered Notary preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Ability to multitask.
