We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our busy periodontal surgery practice in Anchorage, Alaska. This role involves regular patient-facing responsibilities and clear communication with our clinical team to provide excellent, patient-centered care. Qualifications:
- Experience with MS office products
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment care
- Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships through strong communication skills via phone and in person
- Must be willing to learn or have an understanding of insurance billing process and treatment estimates
- Medical and/or dental front office experience is preferred. We are open to training the right individual.
