Summary:
The Project Scheduler will provide planning, cost reporting and scheduling services to ANTHC, DEHE. Maintain baseline and project schedules and budgets. Produce standard and customized reporting based on ANTHC standards. Develop and maintain professional relationships within the various groups throughout ANTHC, DEHE.
Responsibilities:
All
Maintain and update resource-loaded schedules and cost reports, and document progress per the project or program requirements. Perform Critical Path and Earned Value Analysis. Obtain project status updates and communicate effectively with managers, office and field staff regarding all cost/schedule/progress related matters and concerns. Adhere to ANTHC standard project control policies and procedures. Provide assistance to management as requested and needed.
Project Scheduler II
Develop and prepare detailed, resource-loaded baseline and master program schedules and cost reports as needed and directed by management. Review update submissions for adherence to recognized good scheduling practices in relation to: resource loading, schedule content, use of relationships and lag, constraints, and milestones. Proactively anticipate cost and schedule impacts and provide mitigation strategies to Project Team.
Project Scheduler III
Review, evaluate, and reject or approve contractor recovery schedules. Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for conformance with contract and constructability. Provide conceptual schedules for proposal development. Perform cost and schedule impact analysis for contractor change orders and conduct schedule negotiations for contractor change orders and claims. Assist in development of departmental procedures and processes. Assist in training of lower level employees. Develop customized reports for projects and programs.
Project Scheduler IV
Administer Primavera P6 for the department and Division. Review baseline and update submissions for adherence to recognized good scheduling practices. Provide guidance and coordination for the team. Train lower level employees on ANTHC, DEHE practices, policies and procedures Develop standard cost and schedule reports for projects and programs. Performs other duties as assigned

Ability to develop and maintain complex portfolio of projects with inter-dependencies and relationships.
Thorough understanding of cost management, Earned Value Management and reporting.
Practical knowledge of various reporting tools to provide custom reporting for projects and programs.
Project Scheduler IV
Detailed knowledge of various reporting tools.
Team-level scheduling experience.
Thorough understanding of Project Management theory and practice as it applies to Project Controls.
Primavera Administration experience and training.
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
All
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or construction-related field. Certification in construction related field and/or progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Project Scheduler I -
Zero (0) year cost reporting/scheduling experience on engineering and/or construction projects and programs.
Project Scheduler II -
Three (3) years cost reporting/scheduling experience on engineering and/or construction projects and programs.
Project Scheduler III -
Six (6) years scheduling/planning experience with increasing responsibility on engineering and/or construction projects and programs.
Project Scheduler IV -
Nine (9) years scheduling/planning experience with increasing responsibility on engineering and/or construction projects and programs.
AND
Supervisory Two (2) years involving employee supervision.
