Compensation:$108,000 - $130,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the estate planning process, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Draft, review, and finalize wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents with precision and care.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized strategies that align with their financial goals and family needs.
- Stay updated on the latest legal developments in estate planning to provide clients with the most current advice.
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate client meetings, both in-person and virtually, to discuss estate planning strategies and document execution.
- Assist in the administration of estates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and client wishes are honored fully and respectfully.
Qualifications:
