At Dream Makers, we're looking for motivated local professionals who want to grow their real estate business and contribute to a team that values communication, client service, and follow-through.
Our team offers:
- Client opportunities from multiple sources, including Zillow. No waiting for business.
- Marketing tools and systems to help you stay organized and maintain client relationships.
- Administrative support as you guide clients through transactions.
- Training and coaching to develop your skills and support your growth.
We're adding three agents serving the Soldotna, Kenai, and Homer area.
You'll connect with prospective clients, understand their goals, follow up consistently, and help them navigate the buying and selling process.
We're interested in people who take initiative, keep their commitments, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping others make important decisions. Real estate experience is welcome, and relevant experience in other professions can also be valuable.
Applicants must currently live in the Soldotna, Kenai, or Homer area and hold or be actively working toward an Alaska real estate license. Activities requiring a license begin once licensing requirements are met.
Compensation: Commission only.
