Clinical Supervisor

Alaska Family Services (AFS) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Behavioral Health Treatment Center (BHTC) team in Wasilla! If you're passionate about clinical excellence, mentoring fellow professionals, and helping individuals build healthier futures, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to the behavioral health treatment team.
• Maintain a reduced clinical caseload while providing assessment and treatment services.
• Review clinical documentation, assign cases, and lead treatment-team meetings.
• Collaborate with the BHTC Administrator to promote quality care, teamwork, and positive client outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field, such as counseling, psychology, social work, addiction studies, or a related discipline.
• Two years of mental health and/or substance use clinical experience with children, youth, and adults.
• Eligibility to enroll, or current enrollment, as an Alaska Medicaid provider.
• Appropriate professional licensure with clinical supervision capabilities, such as LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LBSW.
