Getting to Work: Our warehouse is located in Tacoma's Tideflats industrial area. Public transit is available via the Pierce Transit "Tideflats Runner," an on-demand shuttle service that connects riders from Tacoma Dome Station to Tideflats employers. Service runs 7 days per week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Reports to: PNW Warehouse Manager
Rate of pay (depending on experience): $18.50 /hr.

About The Role
As an Order Picker/Warehouse Associate, you'll receive, organize, and prepare grocery and general merchandise orders for shipment from our Tacoma warehouse. Your work plays a key role in ensuring remote communities receive the products they rely on.
What You'll Do
- Receive and unload grocery and merchandise shipments
- Inspect freight for damage and verify quantities
- Move and organize inventory using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment
- Pick, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Follow shipping regulations, including handling hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support additional warehouse tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months of related experience (warehouse experience preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, inventory systems)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
