Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients seeking debt relief solutions
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and present appropriate debt management options
- Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to document interactions, track leads, and manage sales pipelines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service skills
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and improve outreach strategies
- Negotiate terms with clients to facilitate debt relief agreements that meet both client needs and company standards
- Stay informed about industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines during client interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and business development
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client information and sales activities
- Prior experience in technical or business development sales is a plus
Pay: $50, $75,000.00 per year
