Job Summary

Duties
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
- Manage a designated territory by identifying potential clients and developing strategic plans for account growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of security systems.
- Develop customized security solutions based on client needs, utilizing product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on security systems preferred.
- Strong skills in management, business development, account management, and territory management.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and pipeline management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to conduct product demos effectively.
