Alan Roinestad Construction and Management is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Clerical team member to join our office in Santa Maria. This is a full-time onsite position supporting daily administrative operations within a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and office records
- Work within Foundation construction software
- Assist with bid calls and subcontractor communications as needed
- Perform filing and general clerical duties
- Provide additional administrative support as directed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheet experience
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Construction office experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Foundation software is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits
- $21.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Opportunity for wage increase after probationary period for candidates starting at the lower end of the pay scale
