JOB SUMMARY
The Automotive Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling vehicles to customers. Successful candidates will provide customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell vehicles utilizing our award-winning internal sales process
• Deliver new vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Recognize that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and strive to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person and maintain a prospect development system
• Maintain owner follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business
• Forecast goals at the beginning of each month
• Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis
• Introduce customers to the Service Department emphasizing to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealerships service operations
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product
• Demonstrate proper interaction with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

• Prior sales experience (preferred)
• Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
• Previous experience providing 5-Star quality customer service
• Maintain professional appearance at all times
• Demonstrate superior communication skills
• Must demonstrate computer literacy
• Must have a valid Florida drivers license
