DUTIES
- Build long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Research and learn the features and benefits of our new and pre-owned inventories
- Assist customers through the purchasing process, following up with them and answering questions as needed
- Provide world-class customer service in following up with customers after the sale
- Assist in investigating and resolving any customer issues or concerns
- Calling / contacting prospective customers, helping them find the perfect vehicle that will match their needs and budget!
REQUIREMENTS
- For insurance purposes, you MUST be age 21 or older.
- Outgoing personality with exceptional people and communications skills
- Strong computer experience
- Detail-oriented, task-focused
- Independent, with exceptional time management skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
