In this high-visibility position, you will partner with the firm's founder, proactively managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, managing her calendar, and expertly negotiating her time. You will also assist with coordinating events and travel while corresponding on the CEO's behalf with their esteemed clients.

Qualifications;
- 3 years of experience supporting innovative C-Level Executives
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal (with an eagle eye for grammar and spelling)
- Experience in heavy calendar scheduling, intricate travel arrangements, and managing multiple competing priorities with strategy and in a C-suite mindset
- Ability to thrive in an ultra-fast-paced, applying impeccable organization and prioritization skills
- Love for new technologies and how to apply them to produce more effective and efficient systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred
