LONG TERM SCHEDULE 10 AM to 7 PM on M-F, one-hour break from 2 PM to 3 PM. (40 hours a week.)
TRAINING SCHEDULE 8 AM TO 5 PM on M-F, one hour break from 12--1
Your primary workstation will be one of our at reception desks but your shift will include coverage at a different workstation for a portion of each day. You will often be the first person to greet those who enter the office.
As part of your duties you will be asked to:
- answer a multi-line office phone system
- read, respond to, and save according to protocol emails in a mult-mailbox system
- match new clients to counselors and schedule their first appointment
- verify client insurance and accurately enter information into the EHR
- save and store all documentation per company protocol
- accurately document all client communication
