Essential Functions Of The Job:
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to meet Quality Standards
- Proficient use of equipment required by the job function
- Adhere to safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor
- Assemble equipment for final operation
- Perform troubleshooting as required
- Explores methods of improving efficiency, speed, and quality of work being done
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production or precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers in addition to understanding fractions and decimals).
- Possess the ability to read and understand both written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to read basic prints/schematics.
- Must be able to read and use tape measure, rule and square to fit parts and assemblies.
