About the Company
We are currently in need of one Full-Time ONSITE Adult Psychiatrist at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, CA.
About the Role
- All work takes place within the jail inmate housing units and clinic (outpatient).
- Average 12-15 patients per day.
- Combination of initial visits for assessment and ongoing renewals.
- 40 hours a week. Hours are 7:00am to 6:00pm, some are 8 or 10 hour shifts.
- No call.
- Client has an electronic medical record system, so candidates must be computer literate.
- Takes approximately 2-4 weeks for credentialing.
- Client prefers at least a six month starting minimum assignment with the option to extend, but the longer the assignment the better.
- Client prefers doctors who have correctional or county jail work experience
Qualifications
Must be a licensed California Psychiatrist with at least 1 year of experience.
Required Skills
Client has an E.H.R., Clinician's Gateway, so candidates must be computer literate.
Pay range and compensation package
$250/Hour. Malpractice insurance is included.
