What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Alamance Glass Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
-Coordinate messages for all three departments: Auto, Residential, and Commercial
-Write up auto glass quotes, make auto glass orders, and give detailed auto glass billing to each customer
-Schedule appointments in a time effective manner for policy holders, insurance agents, body shops, and customers

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a huge plus
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
