Some Responsibilities Include:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Maintain/update the customer database with accurate information
- Resolve Customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Outbound follow up calls to existing customers
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Dispatching and communicating with technicians
Requirements:
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
- Must have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
