Position Opportunity
The HR Crew Coordinator (Crewer) owns the accuracy, administration, and integrity of workforce data within the HRIS system (Paycom), with primary responsibility for timekeeping, labor allocation, and organizational data management.
This role serves as the central point of accountability for ensuring employees are correctly assigned to the appropriate department, shift, and production line, conducting routine audits, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining alignment between workforce records and operational needs.
Operating within a defined escalation framework, the position partners with supervisors and managers to address issues and escalates policy, compliance, or systemic concerns through HR leadership as appropriate.
The role collaborates cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Payroll, and Finance to support accurate payroll processing, labor reporting, and attendance compliance across all production shifts.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Time & Attendance Administration
• Audit and validate employee time entries within the HRIS to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies in partnership with supervisors and Payroll.
• Monitor the call-in line, document attendance notifications, and communicate daily staffing impacts.
• Maintain accurate and auditable records of attendance notifications and time adjustments.
Attendance Analytics & Policy Compliance Monitoring
• Analyze attendance trends (absenteeism, tardiness, call-ins) to identify patterns and risks.
• Monitor for policy triggers (points, occurrences, job abandonment) and escalate as needed.
• Partner with HRBPs and Operations to ensure consistent application of attendance policies.
• Produce attendance reporting to support workforce planning and compliance oversight.
HRIS & Workforce Data Management
• Serve as the primary administrator of timekeeping and labor allocation data in Paycom.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure accurate assignment of employees by department, shift, and production line.
• Maintain workforce data including transfers, shift changes, promotions, and organizational updates.
• Process and validate Employee Change Forms (ECFs) to ensure timely and accurate HRIS updates.
• Identify, correct, and escalate data discrepancies to maintain workforce data integrity.
Labor Allocation & Labor Efficiency Tracking
• Generate and validate labor allocation reports by department, shift, and production line cost centers.
• Monitor workforce distribution to ensure proper labor alignment across operations.
• Analyze labor utilization trends, including overtime and staffing levels, to support efficiency.
• Support reporting enhancements tied to Paycom and future API integrations.
• Escalate labor allocation discrepancies impacting cost, reporting, or operations.
Incentive Program Data Support
• Validate labor and production data used in incentive program calculations.
• Support reporting and tracking of incentive program performance.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment between workforce data and program metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the central liaison between HR, Operations, and Payroll for timekeeping and labor data.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on timekeeping, attendance, and reporting processes.
• Support workforce inquiries related to attendance, timekeeping, and call-in procedures.
Other Human Resources Responsibilities

Education/Training/Certifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll support, workforce operations, or timekeeping management.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution environment strongly preferred.
- Experience with HRIS or workforce management systems (Paycom preferred).
Knowledge/Skills Experience:
- Knowledge of human resources best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other human resources technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skill
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, internal and external partners.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing or related industries a plus.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
