The Opportunity
We're looking for a Project Coordinator who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to grow within the custom homebuilding industry.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll help keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of luxury residential construction projects
- Helping maintain project schedules, meeting notes, task lists, and progress reports
- Communicating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Organizing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders
- Tracking materials, deliveries, and inspections, ensuring timelines are clear and met
- Assisting with budget updates, basic cost tracking, and change order documentation
- Double-checking that project details are organized, accurate, and up to date in our systems
- Contributing to a positive, solutions-focused team environment, especially when project challenges arise

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings both construction knowledge and a strong administrative mindset. The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Some experience in construction coordination, project administration, or project support
- A genuine interest in growing in construction or project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); comfort learning new software and digital tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills – you like clean folders, clear notes, and accurate records
- The ability to take direction, ask good questions, and follow through on assignments
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a calm and respectful demeanor
- A valid driver's license and the ability to visit local job sites as needed
