We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to lead high-end custom home construction projects. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented builder who wants to focus on delivering exceptional results with the support of a strong, collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple residential projects (5–7 homes) from start to finish.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers while maintaining strong relationships.
- Review drawings, estimates, contracts, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
- Utilize project management software (JobTread).
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of residential construction project management experience (custom home experience preferred).
- Experience and knowledge in Building Science preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (JobTread a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
