We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Fabric Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise data architecture using Microsoft Fabric. This role will be instrumental in unifying data engineering, data science, real-time analytics, and business intelligence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Architect and integrate components such as OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI, and Data Activator.
- Define data governance, security, and compliance strategies aligned with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and storage for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for Fabric workspace management, dataflows, and semantic models.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Stay current with Microsoft Fabric updates and roadmap to guide strategic adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 2 years in Microsoft Fabric or Power BI ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric components and Lakehouse architecture.
- Proficiency in DAX, T-SQL, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
- Experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and Purview.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or equivalent.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary : $145,000 - $160,000
