We're seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer who can build high-performing teams, scale operations, and translate an ambitious growth strategy into measurable results. This is an opportunity for an experienced operator to take ownership of daily execution while working directly with the founders to shape the company's future.

The Opportunity

You'll lead day-to-day business operations, strengthen organizational capabilities, and prepare the company for its next stage of growth.

• Scale operations: Increase manufacturing capacity, strengthen supply chains, and improve operational efficiency.

• Build high-performing teams: Develop leaders, establish accountability, and create an organization capable of sustainable growth.

• Drive business performance: Own operational budgets, execution plans, and metrics tied to revenue, profitability, and production.

• Lead cross-functional execution: Align manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and commercial priorities.

• Prepare for expansion: Establish scalable systems and processes without sacrificing the agility of an entrepreneurial business.

Required Qualifications

• Proven senior operational leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, or complex physical-product environments.

• Demonstrated success scaling operations, building teams, and improving business performance.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, operational forecasting, and P&L accountability.

• Hands-on leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and executing in fast-moving environments.

• Ability to operate independently, solve complex problems, and deliver results without extensive corporate infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military leadership experience followed by successful private-sector operational leadership.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, energy technology, or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience scaling an early-stage or venture-backed business.
