The Alabama Sweet Tea Company is looking for a vibrant, energetic Team Leader for its location at The Wharf in Orange Beach, AL. The position can be full-time or part-time and will report directly to the Multi Unit Restaurant Manager. The Team Lead is responsible for direct oversight of day-to-day operations of the Alabama Sweet Tea Company restaurant. The primary objectives of the position are to serve customers with excellence, meet the financial goals of the owners and to protect the value and integrity of the property.
Essential Functions:
· Manage the financial responsibilities and sales goals of the restaurant.
· Manage the inventory.
· Identify and coordinate the maintenance activities and priorities within budgetary limits of the restaurant with the assistance of the Multi Unit Manager.
· Lead the marketing activities to ensure budgeted sales goals.
· Manage the staff at the restaurant and warehouse when needed.
Job Requirements:
· Education – High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
· Years of Experience – Management experience preferred, but not required.
· Certifications/Licensure – Must have valid Driver’s License and willing to obtain the necessary food handler’s certifications. ServSafe Manager certificate preferred, but not required
· Computer Skills – Proficient in MS Office and Google suite.
· Other – Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules, requirements, and scope. Cooperative and engaging team spirit with collaborative work groups. Significant customer service experience.
