Job Title: Data Clerk
Terms of Employment: 12 months (235 days/8 hours per day)
Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred
- Effective human relation skills
- Professionalism, dedication and flexibility
- Previous experience preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Student Information System, currently PowerSchool
- Input information and update as needed
- Enroll and withdraw students
- Create student schedules
- Verify and print grading reports and report cards
- Create and disseminate reports to administrators
- Maintain and coordinate attendance reports
- Daily check-in/outs
- Attendance letters
- Maintain accurate attendance coding
- Maintain communication with parents regarding student attendance
- Maintain accurate documentation of faculty and staff absences
- Complete end of the month service report for faculty and staff payroll
- Manage parent communication system
- General office procedures
- Assist school bookkeeper as needed
- Participate in in-service training programs
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by administrators
