S E Civil has an immediate opening for an experienced Survey Cad Technician in Fairhope, Alabama. Responsibilities include creation and QA/QC for Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Subdivision Plats, and Elevation Certificates. Applicant should meet the following requirements:
Strong Project Management Experience
Ability to communicate effectively with Survey Crews, Engineers, and Clients
Highest Standards for Accuracy and Detail
Experience with Survey Equipment including Total Stations, GPS, and Data Collection
Experience with Autocad and Carlson (or Civil 3D)
Salary ranges from $50k to $80k based on experience/skill level. Benefits include Health, Dental, and Vision, Paid time off, Paid Holidays and Retirement matching.
