Duties
- Design and implement comprehensive training sessions that improve technical skills, teamwork, and game strategies for all levels of players
- Lead team practices, ensuring engaging drills that develop agility, coordination, and game awareness
- Plan and execute competitive matches, tournaments, and scrimmages to showcase team progress and foster competitive spirit
- Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players and staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching with a focus on volleyball or similar team sports
- Knowledge of athletic training principles, injury prevention, and basic first aid;
- Ability to motivate athletes through energetic coaching styles while maintaining safety standards
- Familiarity with sports rules, regulations, and tournament procedures for volleyball competitions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, staff, and community partners
- Background Check and Online Training Courses Required
