• Range 73 ($43,351.20- $72,504.00 Annually).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or a closely related field. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be registered or eligible for registration by the Commission on Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
• If registered or eligible by or before December 31, 2023, a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• If registered or eligible on or after January 1, 2024, a Master’s degree is required. KIND OF WORK
• Evaluate nutritional care of patients.
• Screen patients to determine level of nutritional risk.
• Assess nutritional status using biochemical indices, physical assessment, etc.

• Develops nutritional component of Master Care Plan.
• Completes timely reassessment for patients according to the patient’s plan of action.
• Monitors nutritional status of patient receiving total nutrition via tube feeding and make necessary adjustments.
• Attends all initial 10-day treatment planning conferences for development of Plan of Care.
• Participates in the Nutritional Services department’s performance improvement program.
• Ensures compliance with hospital standards. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Knowledge of quality improvement.
• Knowledge of personal and food sanitation principles.
• Knowledge of diets, menu planning, and methods of food preparation.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
