Key Responsibilities:
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper operation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
- Ability to properly stock and maintain company vehicle.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as an HVAC installer or technician.
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and best practices.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
- Must own basic HVAC hand tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
