QA Specialist – Raw Materials (3-Month Contract) | GMP | Onsite
I’m currently partnered with a biologics-focused CDMO who are continuing to scale their GMP manufacturing operations across the US.
As part of this growth, they are looking to bring on a QA Specialist – Raw Materials on an initial 3-month contract, with strong likelihood of extension.
The Role
This position will play a critical role in supporting GMP manufacturing by ensuring all incoming raw materials meet quality and compliance standards. You’ll work closely with QA, QC, and Manufacturing teams to support material release, documentation review, and supplier quality activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- QA review and approval of incoming raw material documentation
- Supporting material disposition and release activities
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and internal quality standards
- Collaborating cross-functionally with QC, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
- Supporting investigations, deviations, and quality events related to materials
- Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation
What They’re Looking For
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, biotech, CDMO)
- Prior experience in raw materials QA, supplier quality, or material release
- Strong understanding of GMP documentation and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication skills
