Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities:
- Learn about the features, accessories, etc. of the vehicles we offer
- Greet customers, determine their needs and match to vehicles in inventory
- Explain features and demonstrate product performance on test drives
- Present purchase pricing and explain financing options to customers
- Ensure each customer has a premium buying experience
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Sales Consultant - Job Requirements:
- Professional appearance with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing personality with a consistent positive attitude
- Enthusiastic with high energy and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Second language mastery, verbal and/or written, a definite plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent, College and/or Military background welcomed.
- Previous sales or dealership experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to learn and operate dealer management software and CRM programs.
- Driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
