AL Health Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide person-centered In-Home Support Services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their homes and communities.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Support community outings and social engagement
- Encourage independence and skill-building
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities as needed
- Follow Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and safety protocols
- Document daily activities, progress, and incidents accurately
- Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (training may be provided)
Salary : $15 - $20
