Stock Reliability Manager
Requirements
Level and Experience :
A-Levels (minimum) 2 years study in Logistics strengthened by a significant experience in production management within an industrial environment.
Professional abilities :
- Leadership, analysis, strong suggestion-making abilities.
Technical knowledge:
- Knowledge of stock management within ERP system. SAP preferred
- Command of flow management rules and tools.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Must guarantee the stock accuracy and therefore make sure that the flow management rules are applied correctly within the site. Must analyse the discrepancies identified, set up and follow-up the various action plans.
Delivery process
- Must organize and manage inventories.
- Must guarantee the consistency of the physical and electronic flows.
- Must suggest and lead the action plans in order to reach the objectives defined by his/her superiors.
- Must draw up, follow and suggest indicators that are suitable to assess the performance of the site.
- Must apply all the Quality, Environmental and Safety procedures and operating instructions within the framework of operations linked to his/her job and the rules defined by the Group.
Information Treatment Process
- Must optimise the existing computerized tools in partnership with the IT Systems Direction and the Internal Competence Centre (CCI), and suggest new ones.
Must apply all AKWEL Management System procedures and operating instructions within the framework of operations linked to his job and the rules defined by the Group.
Agrees to act in accordance with the ethical rules of the Group.
