Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Onsite (4 days a week)
Duration: 12 months
Rate Range: Up to$92.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:
• Heavy financial management experience including full ownership of budget, accruals, forecasting, contract understanding, FTE labor allocation, and chargebacks (critical requirement)
• Atlassian Cloud migration experience (Jira, JSM, Confluence)
• Program and project management in technology (8–10 years)
• Expert-level Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
• Agile/Scrum leadership (8–10 years)
• Experience in matrixed environments
• Proficiency with program management tools (ServiceNow, PPM, Clarity, MS Project)
Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise programs and multi-project initiatives across the technology portfolio.
• Define project structure, assign responsibilities, and drive coordination across teams.
• Build and manage the consolidated program plan including timelines, dependencies, risk, and reporting.
• Oversee and manage financials including forecasting, accruals, contracts, and labor costs.
• Drive the Atlassian Cloud migration effort including discovery, planning, site setup, and full data migration.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery discipline across teams.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive commitments, accountability, and milestone execution.
• Communicate status and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Foster team development, mentorship, and inclusive leadership.
• Support adoption of modern development, cloud, DevOps, and collaboration practices.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS in Business, CS, or Technical field; or 17 years relevant experience without a degree.
• 8–10 years of program management in a technology environment.
• 8–10 years leading Agile teams applying Scrum principles.
• Strong background in software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Lean).
• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programs on time and within budget.
• Skilled in organizing teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and guiding multi-threaded efforts.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, MS Teams, and MS Office Suite.
• Prior similar enterprise experience preferred.
