Duration: 24 months
Rate Range: Up to$70/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services to support revenue workflows, payment logic, and invoicing pipelines
- Build full-stack features integrating secure backend services with modern frontend frameworks
- Own and manage integration with internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and external providers (e.g., banks, payment processors)
- Translate complex business rules into deterministic backend logic (e.g., commissions, milestones, payee splits)
- Ensure data integrity across trust accounting, revenue posting, and contract lifecycle subsystems
- Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS, and EventBridge
- Implement CI/CD workflows and observability to ensure performance, fault tolerance, and auditability
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and finance stakeholders to define and deliver secure, compliant features
- Drive engineering best practices with a focus on correctness, automation, and maintainability
Qualifications:
- 7 years of software engineering experience focused on backend and full-stack development
- Strong proficiency with Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL in production environments
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Lambda, ECS/EKS, and serverless infrastructure
- Familiarity with event-driven systems and microservice design patterns
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex domain and financial logic into structured, reusable code
- Experience with financial workflows including multi-party payments, contingent billing, trust accounting, and revenue recognition
- Understanding of secure service design, compliance requirements, and system auditability
- Prior exposure to finance-related platforms or enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Concur
