Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst in Salesforce environments.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including standard objects, lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven experience in Salesforce org transformation or migration projects.
- Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across business and technical teams to drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering and optimization using out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities.
- Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions.
- Experience working in a high-tech, demo-driven, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment is highly preferred.
