What You’ll Be Doing:
- Master the Press: Own the screen printing process from start to finish—preparing screens, mixing inks, and operating the electric press and dryer.
- Quality Control: You have a "hawk eye" for detail. You’ll verify every garment to ensure the prints and embroidery are flawless before they reach the customer.
- Creative Support: Step in to assist with embroidery and vinyl graphics/vehicle wraps as needed.
- Problem Solve: Troubleshoot production tweaks on the fly to keep the workflow moving smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- The Pro: You must have experience operating electric screen printing machines. You know your way around a press and a dryer.
- The Multitasker: You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can jump between a work order, a hand tool, and a client conversation without missing a beat.
- The Detail Nut: You can spot a slightly off-center logo from a mile away and take pride in "doing it right the first time."
- Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable standing during your shift and can lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Bonus Points: If you’ve worked with 15-needle embroidery or vinyl graphics, you’re at the top of our list!
