Summary
We are seeking a Screen Printing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Wes and Willy in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will support various creative processes and contribute to the production of our innovative boys' clothing line.
Responsibilities
- Learn to set up and run a 10 color automatic press.
- Assist with accurately printing product at an efficient speed.
- Mix inks to correct color needed for printing.
- Accurately organize and maintain print specs of each job.
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness standards.
- Assist the lead screen printer as needed.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly while making minimal errors.
- Ability to work as a team and ability to coordinate work activity with fellow screen printers, warehouse workers and all others within the company.
- Physically fit; ability to lift 75 lbs, remain on feet for 8 hour shift and move quickly.
- Possess time management skills, flexibility and able to meet targets for each day.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
