Job Summary
The main aim of the job is to perform automatic or manual painting processes by using spray paint and polishing equipment to apply a protective coating to the surfaces of the products in production.
Responsibilities
- Preparing metal parts for painting
- To perform the painting process with wet paint
- To paint the paint deformations and minor damage that occur in the products during the production phase, with appropriate touch-up paints, including experience with spray pots and spray guns.
- To give the final confirmation from the handheld terminal after the packaging is finished
- To use the work area clean and orderly during production
- To realize the production according to the specified standards and technical drawings
- Entering the dimensions into the machine control panel
- To make the machine safer and more convenient
- To carry out their work in accordance with the information in the work order
- To ensure the movement of large materials such as chassis and tanks to be painted in the wet paint shop with the overhead crane
- Being primarily responsible for manufacturing the parts in accordance with their specifications
- To make a visual control of the raw material or semi-finished product to be put into production before it is put into production, and otherwise notify the supervisor
- To work in accordance with occupational health, safety, and quality requirements by using tools, equipment, and equipment effectively in the shipping process
- To comply with the Quality, Environment and OHS rules in the enterprise. Participating in training organizations conducted when needed
- Being obliged to comply with all kinds of precautions and rules regarding Occupational Health and Safety
- To share opinions, complaints, and suggestions about Workplace, OHS, Environment and Quality with the department manager
