Responsible for driving aftermarket revenue growth by selling spare

parts, preventive maintenance contracts, emergency repair services, and

system upgrades for installed emergency standby generators. Focuses on

maintaining long-term customer relationships and maximizing equipment

lifecycle value.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage and grow aftermarket sales within assigned territory.
• Promote preventative maintenance (PM) contracts and long-term
  
  

service agreements.

• Identify opportunities for parts replacement, overhauls, and
  
  

retrofits.

• Track warranty expiration and convert customers to paid service
  
  

contracts.

• Prepare quotations for parts and service proposals.
• Coordinate with service engineers for technical site assessments.
• Monitor competitor service activity in assigned accounts.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure healthy receivables.
• Achieve monthly and annual aftermarket sales targets.
