Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Ability to educate patients and families about care plans and health guidelines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the healthcare team
- Experience with infection control and maintaining hygienic conditions
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and HIPAA regulations
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certifications are highly desirable
