We’re looking for a driven, creative, and highly skilled Peformance Marketing Manager (also called Senior Media Buyer) to lead performance across Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads for a fast-growing digital agency.
This is not a “set and forget” media buying role — The ideal candidate would be more of a creative/strategic person who understands creative strategy, funnel flow, landing pages, and analytics, and who is excited to take ownership and prove themselves.
You will be the go-to person for paid ads across several industries, including e-commerce and lead generation, with the opportunity to shape strategy, direct creative, and make a measurable impact on client growth.

Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Management
- Plan, launch, optimize and maintain campaigns across Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Build campaigns from scratch and help strategize ad ideation
- Manage budgets across multiple accounts efficiently and profitably.
- Analyze performance data and make creative strategic adjustments.
- Report on performance, updates and new testing on an ongoing basis
Creative & Content Leadership
- Write high-converting ad copy for video, image, and carousel formats.
- Develop creative concepts for ads including visuals, hooks, UGC angles, and scripts.
- Work with creators, designers, and video editors to produce new assets for clients
- Proactively generate ideas for ad angles, landing page improvements, and new tests.
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Understand the full funnel from ad → landing page → conversion→ CRM (reporting)
- Be very familiar with tracking using Meta pixel, Google tags, GA4, and UTM parameters.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards
- Present insights clearly and identify opportunities for account growth.
Flow & Funnel Optimization
- Audit landing pages and recommend improvements to increase conversion rate.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the entire customer journey.
- Collaborate with the team to improve LPs, UX, and messaging etc.
Communication & Account Growth
- Join client meetings as needed to explain strategy and performance.
- Build long-term relationships based on proactive communication.
- Recommend testing roadmaps and long-term scaling strategies
RequirementsExperience & Skills
- 3–6 years managing profitable paid media campaigns in Google & Meta
- Proven track record of scaling accounts on Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong copywriting instincts — can write clear, persuasive, conversion-focused copy.
- Ability to develop creative ideas for video ads, hooks, angles, and messaging.
- Deep understanding of tracking, reporting, pixels, etc. (developer-level not required).
- Highly analytical — comfortable interpreting data and making decisions quickly.
- Experience with GA4, tracking, and basic tag implementation (developer-level not required).
- Strong understanding of websites, e-commerce and lead generation funnels.

- Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
