- Assign workload and priorities to direct and indirect employees
- Maintain product quality and quantity standards regarding output
- Enforce operating policies and procedures
- Provide training and assistance to employees
- Interview candidates for open positions
- Resolve union issues
- Demonstrate leadership ability
- Results oriented
- Works well with employees and internal customers
- Strong organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience
- Visual acuity needed for close detail work and computer use.
- General manufacturing, warehouse and office environment.
