Customer Service Representative
Akro-Mils is seeking a Customer Service Representative at their 1554 S. Main Street location.
Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Additional working hours may be required as business dictates.

Customer Service Representative

The essential functions and responsibilities as a member of the Customer Service Team include, but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day interaction with customers, sales and distributors providing requested information and support relating to price, availability, and lead times.
- Assisting customers with product information, use and application, and technical specification information.
- Accepting and preparing orders; maintaining order files; satisfying requests for order follow-up and expediting; and tracing shipments.
- Coordinating various functions within the company so customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Data / order entry experience.
- Sales experience helpful but not required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience
- Effective business writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail; strong organizational skills.
- Excellent attendance history.
- Technology skills including use of various computer software programs
- High School Diploma required, College Degree is a plus
- Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a customer service representative.
- Experience working in manufacturing setting a plus.
